Using Qlik Predict, Logistics Plus can view all of its in-transit shipments and provide an estimate of whether that shipment is likely to be on time or late.
It found over 20% of shipments faced errors, and this has now been reduced to less than 1%.
Logistics Plus is now exploring integrating additional Qlik services like Qlik Talend so it can provide better, more to-the-moment kinds of points of information for its customers.
